Tea time

691920-mainWhenever I’m feeling under the weather or I’m trying to prevent catching a cold, I have my go to tea recipe that is rich in vitamin c and antioxidants. I boil green tea bags with chopped up fresh ingredients to make the perfect remedy to soothe or prevent a cold. Give it a try!

2 green tea bags (I use Green Tea Kombucha by Yogi)

1 garlic clove

1/2 of a lemon

an inch of fresh ginger

water

Boil all ingredients for about 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
