What a great way to start the week! People have asked me in the past don’t you need meat in your diet? What do you eat for protein? Aren’t you still hungry? I did a 21 day Vegan Challenge a few years ago and I loved it! I did my research to find out what I could eat to replace the nutrients found in animal products. I found out that 8oz. of broccoli actually has more protein than 8oz. of beef. Anyway it’s a personal choice of what you choose to put in your body and you need to do what makes you feel good. After having Jameson I tend to want meat and chocolate more often than before I got pregnant. I believe in balance. If I’m in the mood for meat I have it. If I’m not I don’t. Simple as that.
