A New Twist on Brownies

We decided to have a family night inviting my nephews over to hang and we got a little creative in the kitchen lastnight! Who doesn’t love an original chocolate fudge brownie?! I looked through my pantry and found we still had some pretzels left, 2 ripe bananas and a box of Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix. Glutino Gluten Free Pretzels are so crunchy and delicious and don’t leave your mouth dry like other brands. I highly recommend giving them a try. I followed the traditional brownie recipe using coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. I sliced bananas on top and crushed pretzels into chunky pieces and sprinkled them on top as well. I finished it off with a dash of sea salt. I couldn’t get a great picture but it looked just as good as it tasted. Other great brownie toppings can be shredded coconut and chopped almonds or crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows. You don’t have to be the best baker to top your Brownies. Just look through your cabinets and have fun with it.
