Happy New Year everyone! I started doing did some research on going meatless and switching up my eating lifestyle a bit. Before my son I did a 21 day vegan challenge and loved it! I kept up with it and chose to eat dairy as a treat. Meat I could go without but the dairy was hard for me. My body obviously changed once I got pregnant and postpartum I stayed with the same eating habits. I decided I was so ready to cleanse myself of meat. I’m on day 3 and feel great!
