Arms up!

Here I’m using 5ld dumbbells in a sequence of arm exercises that can be done with in the gym or at home. I usually do 10-15 reps 4x each. Depending on your fitness goals you can go heavier in weight with less reps to bulk and build or lighter in weight with more reps to lean and tone.
