Parmesan Crispy Salmon

I am not a huge salmon fan. However I’ve been experimenting because of the nutritional value of fish. Below is my Parmesan Crispy Salmon Recipe.

My side was by Bird’s Eye Steam Fresh Protein Blends Italian Style.

5 servings of Salmon

2/3 cup Parmesan cheese

2/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

1/3 cup olive oil

3 garlic gloves chopped

Handful of fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lemon halved

Spray oil

Preheat oven to 400. Rinse and arrange salmon on a foil lined baking sheet. Put Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic and parsley in a bowl. Mix and add oil. Press all over top of the salmon. Sprinkle salt and pepper and squeeze half the lemon. Spray with spray oil to get that crispy crust and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy.
