I’m always looking for different ideas to substitute proteins in my diet and I came across these Tuna Burgers from Trader Joe’s. They were absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend giving them a try. The first time I made one I put it over cauliflower stir fry rice. Tonight I roasted some vegetables and cooked some tri -color quinoa to meal prep for the week. I mixed it all together and added some dried cranberries. I would’ve thrown in some raw walnuts if I had some but I was all out. I pan cooked my tuna burger on medium heat covered and put it over my veggie quinoa mix. Cant wait to chow down at lunch time this week.
