I get asked so many times what my secret is to keeping my abs even after having my son. I eat super clean! I did before, during and after my pregnancy. How you take care of yourself before is super important. Abs are 70% kitchen and 30% gym. So you must start taking care of your body so later on it can take care of you. Now let’s talk about the actual workout plan. When I so get to the gym I usually hit atleast 6 machines in the ab section doing low weight and burning 50-100 reps. To build you lift heavy doing less reps. To shred you lift light doing more reps. Get it? So..it goes for the same thing if you’re doing an at home ab workout. You’re using minimal to no weight at all so you should be ripping through your reps. Any questions please comment and ask. Happy Monday y’all!
And hello to you too summer! Check out my Baby Recipe page for this delicious recipe for your little one!
Recently 2 other mom had asked how I transitioned Jameson from his sleeper to his crib. I got recommended The Magic Sleepsuit which I purchased at amazon.com. It keeps them from turning and stops them from waking themselves up with their hands. But they get too big and start turning over but can’t quite turn back yet. So then my man actually did the research and found The Baby Boom Reste Safe Sleep Solution which we purchased at buybuybaby.com. It keeps the baby on his or her back until you feel they are strong enough to move from back to stomach and to back again. Hope this gave all you new mommas some direction.
Friday nights are always a cheat meal night. My man and I brainstorm all day thinking of the perfect cheat meal for dinner. Tonight we came up with Anthony Coal Fired Pizza acfp.com We got 2 small pies 1 with long hots and 1 with pepperoni and an order of their famous wings! Cheat night also frees up a night of cooking so I can prep for our son. Tonight I made him Scrambled Eggs with Broccoli and Chicken with Butternut Squash. Go to my Baby Recipe page for more info!

Jameson got sick over the holiday weekend and couldn’t shake this runny nose. He was sneezing, coughing and super congested with no fever and eating and drinking normal. I was advised by my pediatrician to use saline and 1/4tsp of Benedryl every 6 hours. However I had noticed the benedryl was only stabilizing his symptoms but not getting rid of them so I chose to do a little research and found this. Hyland’s Baby Mucus and Cold Relief. This is Day 2 and I’ve seen a significant change. I’m going to continue giving him his recommended dose for his age which is 1/2tsp every 4 hours for the rest of the week. I highly recommend this product for your little one. I got my mine at Walgreens.
